If you call our office after business hours, you will be directed to our answering service where you can speak with an on-call nurse and/or doctor.

How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins.

Can I meet your Pediatrician's before my baby is born?

Yes! We are currently scheduling virtual meet-and-greets with both of our Pediatrician's. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have about our practice.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes we do offer same-day appointments.

What is the difference between and well-child visit and a regular office visit?

A well-child visit is considered preventative care, while an office visit is considered curative care. To elaborate, preventative care consists of measures taken for disease prevention, as opposed to disease treatment; curative care refers to other medical treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be cancelled. If you must cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you and your family. We understand emergencies and unexpected occurrences, especially with little one's involved.
